Students who pay their entire tuition upfront before the start of the program are eligible for a 5% discount on the total tuition cost.

Payment Terms & Policies

Graduation Hold

Students must complete all payments before receiving their final certification or diploma. This ensures all tuition is paid in full before the program's completion.

Late Payment Penalties

A late fee of $25 will be applied to any payment that is more than 5 days late. Multiple missed payments may result in suspension from the program.

Payment Flexibility

Students can adjust their payment schedule to match payday or other financial needs. Our admissions team is available to assist in setting up or modifying the payment schedule.

Automatic Payments

Students are encouraged to sign up for automatic payments to avoid late fees and ensure timely tuition payments.

Refund Policy

In the event of a program withdrawal, tuition refunds will be issued based on the Academy’s withdrawal policy and prorated depending on the completed hours of instruction.
